Warid launched the official and innovative mobile app My Warid App. With the increase in the use of smartphone applications. So, Warid also decided to provide official applications for its 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE subscribers. The best thing about My Warid App is that it is compatible with Android and iOS platforms.
Quick note: Warid Telecom merged into Jazz in 2016, so every Warid SIM is now a Jazz SIM. The details below still work exactly the same; if you are looking for something current, the linked Jazz guides are kept fully up to date.

My Warid App
The Warid application consists of 3 main sections, of which more categories are designed to facilitate their use.
Self-Care Section:
- The application is very complete in its category and parts. The first part is “personal care”. It has many types.
- The first category is “account information,” which provides you with full details of your account, current Internet packages, current SMS packages, and current plans with My Warid App
- The second category is “FnF” which provides details of its FnF number.
- The third category is “balanced information”, which provides complete details of the data restrictions and the remaining credit in your account. Also, if you have a card, this category also allows you to add money to your account.
Package and services section:
- The second section is “Packages and services”. It has a lot of useful information for all Warid subscribers regarding their Warid packages and services.
- Provides information on all available calls, SMS and Internet packages from My Warid App.
It also has VAS category that allows you to subscribe to different Warid VAS services including sports alerts, breaking news, call melodies, balance transfer and a large number of additional portals.

App browsing and downloading will charge as per your Internet package plan. The subscription will charge at their respective rates, there will be no extra charges to activate/deactivate these services via My Warid App.
What happened to the My Warid app?
My Warid was the self care app Warid gave its Android and iOS users for account information, FnF details, balance checks, package changes and value added services. It belonged to the period before Warid merged into Jazz in 2016. After the merger, Warid customers were served through Jazz systems and the Warid app was retired. You do not need it now, and an old copy on a phone will not manage a present day account.
The features listed above still tell a useful story. Warid users were already checking balances, changing packages and reading service news inside an app instead of relying only on dialled codes. That behaviour is now normal. What changed is the app name and the account behind it. The account you hold today is a Jazz account, even if the number started life as a Warid number.
What you get today instead
The replacement is the Jazz World app, which is where Jazz customers check usage, buy bundles and manage subscriptions. If you have not set up account access yet, the steps are explained in the Jazz eCare and Jazz World login guide, which covers signing in and finding your way around.
Inside the app you can see your number, your balance and the bundles already active. That single view prevents a lot of common mistakes, such as buying a second data bundle when the first one still has data left. It is also easier to turn services off when you can see them listed. Keep the app updated through your phone’s official app store, and download it only from there. Copies shared through random websites are not worth the risk to an account linked to your number and balance.
If you still use an old Warid SIM
Register and use the SIM as a Jazz SIM. Old Warid numbers are Jazz numbers now, so Jazz World is the right app and Jazz codes are the right codes. You load balance through normal Jazz channels and you buy Jazz bundles.
For quick checks without opening the app, dial *111# for balance and *117# for usage. Call Jazz on 111 if you cannot sign in or if the app shows the wrong information. If you changed phones and kept the same number, sign in fresh on the new handset and confirm the number carefully before saving any payment method.
Common questions
Should I install My Warid app again?
No. Use the Jazz World app instead. My Warid was retired after the merger.
Will Jazz World show my old Warid number?
Yes, because that number is a Jazz number now. Sign in with the number and follow the app verification steps.
Can the app change my bundle?
Yes. Jazz World manages subscriptions, so you can view active bundles and buy or change offers from your account.
