Warid Helpline Number 2026 | Warid is Now Jazz Customer Care

Warid is now Jazz. Warid merged into Jazz, so all Warid numbers are now served by Jazz customer care. The numbers below still work, but for new packages and support, use the Jazz helpline.

The Warid helpline number is 321 from a Warid SIM, or 111-111-321 from any other network. Since Warid merged into Jazz, you can also call the Jazz helpline at 111 (or 111-300-300 from other networks) for the same help.

Warid customer care handles billing questions, package information, and complaints for former Warid numbers, which now run on the Jazz network. Jazz support agents can see Warid accounts, so 111 works for everything the old 321 line did.

Find a Service Center

To find the nearest Jazz service center, use the Jazz World app or ask on helpline 111. Centers handle SIM replacement, biometric verification, and package issues for former Warid numbers too.

Jazz Warid Merger

Warid started operations in Pakistan in 2005 and later merged with Jazz. All Warid subscribers were moved to the Jazz network, so Warid packages, helplines, and portals now redirect to their Jazz equivalents. If you still have a Warid SIM, it works as a Jazz SIM in every way.
