Zong MBB Bundles 2026: 65 GB to 200 GB Device Packages, Prices and Codes

Quick answer: Zong MBB bundles are data-only packages for Zong 4G and 5G internet devices, not for phone SIMs. Monthly prices run from Rs. 2,500 for 65 GB to Rs. 3,300 for 200 GB, and longer plans stretch to 12 months. You subscribe from your master number by dialling *6767#, or from the device itself with *6363#.

MBB stands for mobile broadband. It is the small Zong device, such as a Bolt+ stick or a home router, that runs on its own SIM and shares the connection over Wi-Fi. Its packages are separate from the bundles on your phone. If you want a phone bundle instead, the Zong Monthly Pro post covers a 50 GB phone plan, while this guide stays with device bundles only.

Zong MBB bundles: prices at a glance

All prices below come from Zong’s own MBB page, checked on 5 November 2026. Zong shows these prices as inclusive of taxes, but note that 15% advance income tax applies on every recharge and 19.5% sales tax applies on usage where applicable, so the balance you load can differ from the headline price.

Monthly 160 GB 160 GB, including 80 GB from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm Rs. 2,600 1 month
Monthly 200 GB (flat) 200 GB, usable any time Rs. 3,000 1 month

Monthly bundles: which one fits you

The 65 GB bundle at Rs. 2,500 is the entry point. It suits one or two people doing everyday browsing, social apps and some video.

The 160 GB bundle at Rs. 2,600 is the value pick, and it is easy to see why. You pay just Rs. 100 more than the 65 GB plan and get nearly two and a half times the data. The catch is the split: 80 GB works any time, and the other 80 GB only works between 4:00 am and 4:00 pm. If you work from home, study in the daytime or can shift downloads and updates into those hours, this is the best deal on the page. If most of your usage is at night, the split will hurt you.

The two 200 GB bundles need a careful read, because Zong lists both at different prices. The Rs. 3,000 bundle is flat 200 GB with no time window, so every GB works any time. The Rs. 3,300 bundle is also 200 GB, but 100 GB of it only works from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm. That makes the cheaper Rs. 3,000 bundle the better buy for most people, unless the flat bundle is out of stock on your device portal. Do not pay more for a windowed bundle when the flat one costs less.

Longer plans: 3, 6 and 12 months

The 3 month plan costs Rs. 5,750 and gives 60 GB per month. One honest conflict to note: Zong’s MBB activation page lists 60 GB per month for this plan, while its online shop page lists 65 GB per month at the same price. Treat 60 GB as the safer figure and confirm the exact volume on the shop page before you pay.

The 6 month plan costs Rs. 12,500 and the 12 month plan costs Rs. 23,000. Both give 100 GB per month, including 25 GB that only works from 4 am to 4 pm. The 12 month plan works out to about Rs. 1,917 per month, cheaper per month than any monthly bundle, but you pay the full amount up front. Buy a long plan only after a month or two on a monthly bundle has shown you how much data you really use.

The 5 GB add-on at Rs. 440 is useful when your main bundle runs out a few days early. The Good Night offer at Rs. 230 gives 1 GB per day between 1:00 am and 9:00 am, which suits night-time downloads rather than daytime use.

How to subscribe to a Zong MBB bundle

When you buy a Zong MBB device, the shop asks you for a master number. This can be any Zong number you already use, or a number on another network. With a Zong master number you can manage the device bundle from your phone. With another network’s number as master, you will not get usage notifications, so a Zong master number is the better choice.

To subscribe, dial *6767# from your Zong master number and pick the bundle, or dial *6363# from the MBB number through the device interface at 192.168.8.1. You can also subscribe through Zong’s online shop, the My Zong App, e-care, the *310# menu, a Zong customer service centre, a franchise or a retailer. Keep enough balance in the MBB number itself, because the bundle is charged to that number even when you subscribe from the master number.

To check what is left, dial *102# from the MBB number at Rs. 0.10 per inquiry, or open the device portal at 192.168.8.1. To recharge, use a scratch card, mini load, online recharge, or visit a service centre or retailer. MBB bundles do not renew by themselves, so you must resubscribe each time a bundle ends. A new 3 month bundle cancels an active one’s remaining resources, so let the old one finish first.

The device itself

Zong’s current device is the 4G Bolt+, listed at Rs. 7,000 in a September 2026 read of Zong’s own site, down from Rs. 8,300. It connects up to 10 Wi-Fi devices and carries a 3,000 mAh battery rated for about 12 hours. It comes with a one year warranty, claimed through the device vendor’s service centre or your nearest Zong service centre. Confirm the device price at a service centre before you buy, since device prices change more often than bundle prices. Jazz also sells 4G devices with their own bundles, covered in the Jazz 4G devices post, if you want to compare before choosing a network.

Terms to know before you subscribe

These bundles work only on Zong internet devices, not on phone SIMs, and they are open to prepaid and postpaid individuals. You cannot use the internet on an MBB device without an active bundle. The 15% advance income tax on recharges and 19.5% sales tax on usage apply on top of the way Zong presents its prices, so budget a little above the headline figure.

Honest verdict

For most homes, the 160 GB monthly bundle at Rs. 2,600 is the pick, as long as half your usage can fall between 4 am and 4 pm. If your usage is mostly at night, take the flat 200 GB bundle at Rs. 3,000 instead. Start monthly, and only move to the 12 month plan after two months prove your usage. Check the full bundle list on Zong’s official MBB page before you subscribe, since prices and windows change. You can also buy through Zong’s online shop MBB section.
